Warranty Policy
This warranty policy sets forth the terms and conditions under which TechPro warrants its CNC machine tools, parts and accessories. As a manufacturer and supplier of CNC machine tools, we are committed to providing high-quality products and an exceptional customer experience.
Scope of Application
This warranty applies to all new CNC routers, CNC milling machines, laser cutting machines, fiber laser marking machines, plasma cutting machines, CNC lathes, and other parts and accessories manufactured and sold by TechPro. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Scope of Warranty
CNC machine tools
TechPro warrants that all new CNC machine tools will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.
Parts and accessories
Some parts and accessories may come with separate warranty terms, which are outlined in the product documentation or accompanying materials.
Warranty Service
Repair or replacement
During the warranty period, TechPro will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective machine or part free of charge. This decision will be based on the nature of the defect and the feasibility of repair or replacement.
Returning defective items
To return a defective machine or part, the customer must first obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from TechPro’s customer service team. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the return packaging.
Shipping costs
- If the defect is due to a manufacturing error, shipping damage or incorrect shipment, TechPro will bear the shipping costs.
- For returns due to customer error (e.g. ordering the wrong parts or changing their mind), the customer shall bear all shipping costs.
- TechPro will bear the shipping costs for returning repaired or replaced items to the original country of purchase.
Repair or replacement time frame
TechPro will use its best efforts to complete repairs or provide replacements in a timely manner. However, repair times may vary depending on the complexity of the defect and the availability of parts.
Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by
- misuse, abuse or neglect.
- incorrect installation, maintenance or repair by unauthorized TechPro technicians.
- unauthorized modifications or alterations to the machine or parts.
- accidents, natural disasters or other external causes beyond TechPro‘s control.
Consequential and incidental damages
TechPro shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use its products, including but not limited to loss of profits, work stoppage or other property damage. Some jurisdictions may not allow such exclusion of liability, so this limitation may not apply in these areas.
Other Warranty Disclaimers
Except as expressly provided otherwise, TechPro disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Customer Responsibilities
To obtain warranty service, the customer must
- comply with all installation, operation and maintenance instructions in the product manual.
- promptly report any defects or problems during the warranty period.
- provide proof of purchase and all necessary information regarding the defect when requesting warranty service.
- allow an authorized representative to inspect, repair or replace the product.
Entire Agreement
This warranty policy constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and TechPro regarding the scope of the warranty and supersedes all prior agreements or communications.
