At TechPro, we’re committed to providing you with the best CNC equipment and the best customer support. If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the terms of this refund policy. This policy supplements, but does not replace, TechPro’s Limited Warranty or any other clause in our contract.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a formal written request by emailing admin@techprocnc.com or calling +86-17686683792.
  2. Our team will guide you through the process and confirm the next steps.

Eligibility Criteria for Refunds

  1. Time limit:
    • Products must be returned within 30 days of the date of shipment.
    • Items received after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Product condition:
    • The returned product must be in its original condition, without damage, modifications or wear and tear beyond the scope of normal use.
    • Any damaged or altered products are not eligible for a refund.
  3. Deduction of amounts:
    • Applicable shipping, transaction and packaging fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • The remaining amount will be transferred to the original payment method after approval.

Refund Processing

  • Upon receipt of the returned product, our quality assurance team will inspect it to confirm whether it is eligible for a refund.
  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 24 hours of inspection.

Refund Method:

  • Payments made by credit or debit card or bank transfer will be refunded to the original payment account.
  • For PayPal transactions, refunds are usually credited within 2 hours, but processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Important Note

  • Refunds will only be issued for products returned within the stipulated 30-day period.
  • No refunds will be issued for damaged, incomplete or modified products in any way.
  • To ensure that the product is not damaged during transit, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the product is packaged securely and shipped safely.
