The terms and conditions of shipment and delivery of CNC machine tools and parts manufactured and supplied by TechPro, the CNC manufacturer, are described in this Shipping Policy. We are committed to delivering the machine to the customer in a timely, effective and flawless manner.

Order Processing and Fulfillment

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days after the contract is confirmed. Depending on order specifications and product availability, turnaround times may vary.

Custom Orders and Special Requests

For orders requiring special modifications or custom CNC machines, we will provide you with separate turnaround time notifications. You will receive regular updates on the progress of your order.

Shipping methods

TechPro uses the following methods for shipping worldwide:

  • Sea freight: for large or heavy CNC machines.
  • Air freight: for small machines or urgent orders.
  • International express delivery (DHL, FedEx, UPS): usually for parts and accessories.

Customers can collect their goods at the destination port using a delivery note or request home delivery via our logistics partner.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the weight, size and destination of the package. The customer is responsible for

  • shipping costs, which are calculated at the checkout. They may be adjusted if the weight and size differ.
  • Customs and import duties: applicable taxes and fees imposed by the destination country.

Estimated delivery time

The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination:

  • Air freight: 10-15 working days.
  • Sea freight: 15-30 working days or longer.
  • International express: 7-10 working days.

Delays may occur due to customs clearance or unforeseen logistical issues. TechPro will assist with any delivery issues, but is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

Shipment tracking and notifications

Tracking information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment via the carrier’s tracking platform or your TechPro account.

Notification of

updates will be provided by email on the following:

  • order confirmation.
  • shipping start.
  • estimated delivery time.

In the event of unexpected delays, TechPro’s customer service team will notify you and provide support.

Receiving the goods

Accuracy of shipping information

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at the time of purchase is accurate and complete. TechPro is not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

Receiving and inspecting

A named recipient must be present to accept and sign for the package. Before signing, please check the package for any visible damage or tampering. Any issues must

  1. be recorded on the delivery receipt.
  2. Report to TechPro customer service within 24 hours.

Failure to report issues within this time period may affect any claims.

Redirecting or rerouting

shipments after delivery may result in additional costs and delays. Please contact customer service immediately for assistance.

Damaged or incorrect items

In the following cases:

  • Damage by carrier: TechPro will bear the return shipping costs.
  • Wrong item or manufacturing defect: TechPro will resolve the issue free of charge.
  • Customer error (e.g. wrong order): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and associated fees.
