At TechPro, your satisfaction is our primary concern. That is why we offer a 30-day return policy, which gives you plenty of time to consider whether your purchase was an excellent one.

Return Eligibility

• is limited to direct purchases: only CNC machines and parts purchased directly from TechPro may be returned. If you purchased our products through an authorized dealer or retailer, please contact them for return policies.
• Request to remain in original condition: Products being returned must remain in their original condition, unused, with all original packaging, manuals, accessories and promotional items.
• Pre-approval: You must contact our Customer Care team to obtain approval before returning any products. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Returnable Items

You may return or exchange a product within 30 days of receipt, under the following conditions:

• Defective products: Items that have manufacturing defects or workmanship issues.
• Shipping error: the product was damaged in transit due to an error by the carrier or by us.
• Wrong delivery: the CNC machine tool or part received is incorrect in terms of specifications such as style, size or color.
• Unused item: the CNC machine tool or part was unused and did not meet your expectations.

Items that Cannot be Returned

The following items do not qualify for return or refund:

• Customer-damaged items: Products that cannot be resold due to damage or alterations by the customer.
• Consumables: Items such as router bits, blades, plasma cutting torch consumables, laser lenses, nozzles and filters cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Customized products: Customized or personalized CNC machines cannot be returned unless they are defective due to a manufacturing error.
• Third-party purchases: Products that were not purchased directly from TechPro cannot be returned.

Return Process

1. Contact us: To return an item, email admin@techprocnc.com or call +86-17686683792.
2. Get an RMA number: Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number once your return has been approved.
3. Pack your return: Clearly label the outside of the package with the RMA number and include a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase inside.
4. Send the item: Send the item to the address provided by our team, making sure to pack it securely to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Process

• Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it to confirm whether it is eligible for a refund.
• If it is eligible, we will process your refund within 24 hours of receiving the return.
• Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. For PayPal transactions, refunds will usually be credited within 2 hours. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

• TechPro pays the shipping costs: If the return is due to a defect, transport damage or our error, we will pay the return shipping costs.
• Customer responsibility: If the return is due to a customer error (e.g. wrong order or a change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
