The standard working sizes on the market are: 600*600mm, 600*900mm, 600*1200mm, 1200*1200mm (the converted size in feet is: 2x2ft, 2x3ft, 2x4ft, 4x4ft), 1300*2500mm, 1500* 3000mm, 2000*3000mm, 2000*4000mm, 2000*6000mm etc. (The converted size in feet is: 4x8ft, 5x10ft, and 6x12ft.)

The difference between the working of air-coolingspindle and water-coolingspindle

Water-cooling spindle uses water circulation to cool the heat generated by the high-speed rotation of the spindle. This method has a good cooling effect, because the temperature after circulation will not exceed 40 degrees. Air-cooling spindle motor uses a fan to dissipate heat, and its cooling effect is definitely not as good as water cooling.

Italian brand: HSD brand spindle (HSD is all air-cooled spindle), HITECO brand

3.Control system

The control system is divided into handle control and PC control.

PC control: There are Mach3, NK105. DSP: DSP A11.

PC control can see the processing path, easy maintenance, is an open, low-cost CNC system.

DSP handle system

DSP RichAuto A11 control system is suitable for 3 axis cnc router, with simple operation and convenient use, suitable for novices.

4.Motor and drive

On the market, the motors of 3 axis cnc router machine are divided into stepper motors and servo motors.

The control of the stepper motor is open-loop control. If the starting frequency is too high or the load is too large, it is easy to lose steps or stall. When the speed is too high, it is easy to cause overshoot. AC servo is closed-loop control, the driver can directly sample the feedback signal of the motor encoder, and the position loop and speed loop are formed internally. Generally, the phenomenon of step loss or overshoot of the stepping motor will not occur, and the control performance is more reliable.

5.Table Type

The table of the 3 axis cnc router has a vacuum table and T-slot table.

T-slot table uses fixtures to fix the material. After loading, the four sides of the material are fixed by multiple fixtures, which is suitable for small-sized materials.

The vacuum table is to use a vacuum pump to extract the air between the material and the table top of 3 axis cnc router machine, and to form a negative pressure to firmly fix the material on the table top, which is suitable for large-sized materials.

If you choose a vacuum table, need to use a vacuum pump.
